If your coil looks good and the cotton looks really clean, does not mean that the coil is in great condition. The real wearing of the coil happens on the inside of the coil, where all the wires are and all the vaporising is happening...

Losing Taste, Changing Juices
Changing too many juices will lead to loss in flavour of the juice you vape. This happens due to the caramalisation of flavours and juices on the wires inside of your coil. If you are not getting the taste you expect from your juice, it's time to change your coil.

Dry hits are worst... This is when you get a really hot dry inhale that goes and htis your throat. This happens either when your tank is empty and you didn't realise it, or when your coil is not soaking enough juices into the cotton... Sometimes even one dry hit leads to burning the wick and ruining the coil. Either ways, your health is more important and you should try and discard the coil that gave you a dry hit or do a re-assembly of your build.

It's the Prime Time...

Priming you coil involves manually juicing the cotton in your coil, before you fix the coil and assemble your coil. Once you fix the coil and assemble the tank, it usually gets sealed and air packed to avoid any leaking. This prevents the air inside the cotton of a new coil from escaping and soaking the juice. It's best to juice the coil before fixing the coil to the tank and then assemble the coil and the tank.

You can fix the coil to the base and then prime the coil, or you could hold the coil with a tissue while priming to avoid getting nicotine based juice on your hands, skin or eyes...

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damage During Postage

Contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged item showing the condition in which the package was received.

When we post your item, it is checked externally to make sure there is no obvious damage to the packaging. If an item arrives with dents, rips, or water damage, it is likely that it was damaged during shipping/postage. This is rare, and the best course of action is to get in touch with us on our email at admin@fluidify.co.nz.

You must take detailed pictures of the item and packaging and email them to us within 24 hours of receiving of your item.

Manufacturer Faults

If an item is faulty when it arrives, it may be defective and covered under Manufacturer warranty. In that case, you must first contact us at admin@fluidify.co.nz and ship the item back to us so we can either repair or replace it. Once the repairs are done, we will ship the item back and reimburse you for the cost of shipping the defective item to us.

We cover items for 30 days from the date of purchase. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase (order number).

Some examples of Manufacturer Faults are: Item won't turn on, item isn't what was advertised on the packaging, item is performing poorly, item is unsafe.

Please note that this does not apply if the item has been damaged by you or by the way you operated the device. In such an event, we will not be able to provide any refunds or repairs, and you might have to pay any shipping or any other applicable charges.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Our store provides an independent online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment

If you choose Payment Gateway to complete your purchase, then the Payment Gateway stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct Payment Gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
